The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation’s (DBPR) Unlicensed Activity Program (ULA) is here to help! Our regional offices are strategically located across the state to be accessible to Florida’s citizens. Through coordination with headquarters in Tallahassee, these offices are responsible for conducting inspections, investigations, alternative dispute resolutions, and sweeps and undercover operations.
